At E-Z Burr Tool Company, we have designed all of our product lines with your efficiency and budget in mind. All of our deburring tools utilize an exclusive patented design to make the deburring process quick, easy, and affordable. Our deburring tools are efficient by allowing you to deburr both the front and the back of a hole in a single pass. In addition, our patented locking system also allows you to change the blade or insert in seconds—without affecting the chamfer setting—while the tool is still in the machine. With the exception of the Micro Series, you can adjust the cutting pressure from extreme low to extreme high on all of E-Z Burr Tools with a simple turn of the Allen screw on the side of the shank. Our deburring tools and chamfering tools also share a number of common features including solid arbor design, easy blade adjustment, quick blade or insert replacement and the unique flex blade and flex arm. These patented features not only make our products extremely durable but also insure outstanding part-to-part consistency.

E-Z Burr tools are designed and built for use by small, mid, and high-volume manufacturers. E-Z Burr offers both TiN coated carbide and HSS deburring tools which are available and ready to ship in a variety of sizes, ranging from .040” - 2.0”. In addition, E-Z Burr will customize any deburring tool or chamfering tool to fit the exact need of any demanding or unique application.
