Micro Series

The Micro Series Tools work just like our HSS Series. The main difference is that because of their very small size, the Micro Series does not have an adjustment screw to alter the height of the blade above the arbor. There is no locking screw either, as the blade is not replaceable. The cartridge contains the arbor and blade in a brass sleeve. The entire cartridge is replaceable as an economical one-piece component.

Two things to note when running the Micro Series:

Please use 40-50% of the SFM value as stated on our Speed & Feed Chart. Secondly, the amount of blade engagement can be controlled by adjusting the RPM. A slower speed will cut more aggressively than faster.
