Component Micro Series

The tool operation of E-Z Burr's Component Micro Series (CMS) is a cinch. You can change the blade and/or pilot in seconds.

The tool holder can remain in the machine while you change out the pilot and/or blade. And, to do that all you need to do is simply turn the screw.

Once in the unlocked position, the blade can easily be taken out of the holder. Then simply replace the blade and relock the screw. You're finished in seconds!

Two things to note when running the Micro Series:

Please use 40-50% of the SFM value as stated on our Speed & Feed Chart. Secondly, the amount of blade engagement can be controlled by adjusting the RPM. A slower speed will cut more aggressively than faster.
