BurrFree Drill
As the rotating tool is fed into the work piece, the spade drill insert (not included) drills the hole. Once the drill breaks through the part, the tool is designed so the deburring blade makes contact and starts the deburring operation as described above. But once the blade has finished the operation and is completely collapsed in the bore on the return stroke, it continues to fine feed in until the drill insert is back into the bore. When the insert is back into the bore, you can then rapid the tool out of the hole.
