Testimonials
Tough Hastelloy Application:
"Out of the 2,300 (THAT'S Twenty Three Hundred Parts) not a one was rejected in QA, for the burr removal after the finish boring operation. Best investment in tooling we have made in a long time. Kid you not 2,300 parts on 1 insert (Tough Series). We will be purchasing again and recommending every chance I get. Thank You So Very Much."
Titanium Application:
"We ran the tool with the C5B-HS insert and the chamfers were uniform top and bottom. After 80 holes the blade still looked perfect and the chamfers were still like the first hole."
Brass Butterfly Valve:
"We could not have deburred this without E-Z Burr. It worked great... there was just no other way to deburr this hole aside from E-Z Burr." – Aerospace Industry
Hydraulics Application:
"I finally got a chance to get the tool into the robot last night, and so far it is working great on both holes." – Machining Engineer
Medical application:
"I ordered from toolinghouse and we've now got the tools on hand and they're working perfectly. Great product, nice to see a company that cares about quality." – Medical Industry
Major Tractor Manufacturer:
"I finally got a chance to get the tool into the robot last night, and it worked great on both holes." – Machining Engineer
High Pressure Turbine Stator – Inconel 718, blind hole:
"The tool proved to be successful and achieved the consistency we were looking for. In addition, the attention to detail also allowed the avoidance of damage inside the blind hole." - Skyway Precision, Inc.
Aero Engine Housing:
"E-Z Burr produced consistent chamfer on all of the holes maintaining the chamfer tolerance required. Although the cycle time increased a little, the elimination of the secondary deburring operation reduced the overall manufacturing cost of the part and improved the throughput of the work."
Nimonic 75 – Very Tough Material:
"We have been running trials for a major aerospace engine manufacturer in a Nimonic 75 a nickel 80% / chrome 20% alloy material that produces very tough burrs after drilling.
The hole is 05.75mm and we have to produce a chamfer to 06.3 +/-0.2mm through a 2.50mm thick flange. Tool is used on a CNC lathe with driven tools using soluble coolant.
The CDT0218-RDHS running at 700 RPM and feeding in at 0.15mm/rev (0.006") and out at 0.02mm/rev (0.0008") worked great producing over 300 cycles with the blade still looking in great shape."
Model Airplane:
"I received the 0129-02 late yesterday, thanks for the quick ship, I love it! This tool will save me alot of time." - Hobbyist
